Within the framework of the second part of the "State Finance Management Reform Project", the draft law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Public Procurement" is published in the new edition under subdivision 2.1. The project "Improving the legislative and regulatory-legal acts" was developed and submitted to ministries and agencies on the instructions of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan. During the draft law, the Republic of Tajikistan's commitments to join the WTO Agreement on Public Procurement and the Protocol between the States Parties to the Free Trade Zone Agreement have been taken into account in October 18, 2011, regulations and procedures for public procurement regulation.
The Law of the Republic of Tajikistan for the purpose of implementing paragraph 29 of the Strategy Against Corruption in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2013-2020 on attraction of public organizations in the drafting of normative legal acts, the Agency expects proposals from public organizations.
