ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE LOCAL COMPANY FOR LOGISTIC SERVICES IN THE ORGANIZATION OF SEMINARS


In 2012, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan adopted the National e-procurement program for 2013-2015. The World Bank has provided a grant from the Institutional Development Fund for the implementation and capacity building of e-procurement IDF No.TF016491-TJ.
TheAgency on Public Procurement of Goods, Works and Services under
Government of the Republic of Tajikistan invites the local Company to provide the following services:
The local company will provide organizational and logistical services to the staff of the Agency for Government Procurement of Goods, Works and Services under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan (AGZ) in conducting training seminars for employees of the affiliated companies, representatives of procuring entities and suppliers (contractors) by regions and cities of RT electronic procurement processes .
Main responsibilities:
 The company (consultant) undertakes to hold all organizational arrangements for holding seminars;
 The company will provide leased premises in cities and seminar areas (conference rooms with a capacity of at least 50 students);
 Consultant also undertakes to reserve hotel rooms for daily living;
 The company will provide a transfer if necessary;
 Consultant organizes water, coffee-break, lunch and dinner for participants of the seminars;
 The consultant will register all trainees and participants of the training;
 The consultant will ensure the printout and distribution of the handout;
 Consultant undertakes to organize the printout, distribution and collection of the Questionnaire;
Qualification requirements:
 Established relations with partners (hotels, transport companies, etc.);
 Experience in organizing business trips around cities and regions of the Republic of Tajikistan;
 To have experience in organizing and conducting trainings, seminars, and other educational events;
 Have experienced and qualified professionals, key experts in the provision of services.

Selection of the Company will be carried out in accordance with the World Bank's ITQ procedures.
