On September 25 and 26, 2017, representatives of the World Bank and the Agency on Public Procurement of Goods, Works and Services under Government of the Republic of Tajikistan met.
The purpose of the visit was to familiarize with the implementation of the second phase of the Project "Modernization of Public Finance Management of the Republic of Tajikistan".
During the meeting, activities aimed at the effective implementation of the Project component - Improvement of the public procurement system, e-procurement and infrastructure were discussed.
Within the framework of this meeting, the World Bank provided recommendations on the progress of the activities undertaken by the project component.
As a result of the meeting, adjustments were made to the Agency's Action Plan for Project Implementation.
